Log each game as it's played — score and a few notes. This is your private log for tracking the season (scores are never shown publicly — FA rules for U10). Each card's Report to the league panel gives you the exact home/away result to key into FA Full-Time (result by 11:59pm on matchday, player stats within 5 days). To write the public "how the game went" summary, open the fixture and edit its Match summary.
No games to log yet
Once a fixture's date has passed, it'll appear here ready to log the score and a note.
📋 Official squad list (from the FA)
Download the latest registered squad from Whole Game System, then save a copy here so every coach has it to hand for the squad check. Coach-only — stored privately, never shown to parents.
Build a matchday team sheet to print or show the referee / opposing coach. Your squad is saved only on this device — it is never uploaded (safeguarding), so type each team once and it's remembered. Pick the game, tick who's playing, then print or save as PDF.

Welcome to the Dugout 👋
Everything for running the U10s in one place. Here's the quick version — you'll pick it up in minutes.
Your weekly rhythm
- Midweek — the site reads the FA league email automatically. Open Coordinate to see the weekend's fixtures and the opposition coach's contact, and tap Email the coach to sort kick-off time, meeting point & parking. Paste their reply back into a fixture to auto-fill the details.
- Before Saturday — open This week → Copy → paste the summary into the parents' WhatsApp. Check Attendance and tap Remind next to anyone who hasn't replied.
- Saturday morning — if a game's off, open Fixtures and tap Postponed / Called off. Parents see it on the site instantly.
- After the game — open Match log, pop in the score and a note. Scores stay private to the coaches (FA rules for U10).
What each tab does
- Fixtures / Training / Socials — add & edit events; one-tap On / Postponed / Called off on fixtures.
- Match log — log scores + a running season tally (private to coaches).
- Attendance — who can play per game, the parent sign-up link to share, and one-tap reminders.
- Coordinate — the FA-email fixture pipeline + emailing opposition coaches.
- This week — generates the WhatsApp message for the week.
- News — post an announcement; the newest shows on the home page.
- Grounds — parking & facilities per ground (parents see them on the Grounds page).
- The Kit Room — approve or bin parents' listings (Pending), and add your own.
- Kit requests / Feedback — what parents have sent in.
- Coaches — invite a fellow coach by email.
Getting parents signed up
Go to Attendance → Copy sign-up link and paste it in the parents' group chat. Each parent adds their own child once and gets their private match-day link automatically — no logins, and you'll see them appear in the roster.
The league & Full-Time (how it works now)
From this season, U10 mini-soccer runs entirely on the FA's Full-Time system — no more result forms to the league. Key coach jobs and rules:
After every game
- Report the result by midnight on the day of the game, in Full-Time.
- Complete the statistics within 5 days of the game.
Getting into Full-Time
- You'll get an automated email to access the league on Full-Time (and possibly a second one to verify your email if you don't already get FA emails). They're "send to all" and go out repeatedly — accept them / check your spam.
- For how to actually use Full-Time, liaise with a senior club official or an older age group for training. Login trouble → tell the league contact.
- Before each game a squad check must be done against your registered squad — see Squad list below.
Squad list (FA registration)
Your official squad — the players registered to play for the team — lives in the FA's Whole Game System, signed in with your England Football account (the one the FA emails you a login code for). It's the source of truth for the pre-match squad check: a player must be registered here to play.
Download the latest squad list
- Open Whole Game System (button below) and sign in with your England Football login.
- Go to your club → the U10 Mosquitoes or Wasps team → Players.
- That's your up-to-date registered squad — use Export / Print to save it as a PDF or spreadsheet.
- Can't see your team? Ask the club Registration Secretary to add you as a team official.
💾 Save a copy in the app: once you've downloaded the list, go to the Team sheets tab and Upload / replace it under your team. It's stored privately for coaches only (it holds children's names) so every coach always has the latest to hand for the squad check.
How fixtures work now
- Single games, 25 minutes each way (no longer paired games).
- Roughly fortnightly, about 14 fixtures across the season, created as the season progresses (not published in pre/post-Xmas blocks).
- Home/away is random and set by the league; larger clubs won't always be home or away on the same weekend (they aim for an even spread to ease congestion).
- A league-scheduled fixture must be played on the set date — teams can no longer mutually push it back or cancel. You can play a scheduled fixture earlier by agreement.
- Be ready to play on non-playing weekends too (except those marked red on the league diary) — for other teams' rearrangements, school priority and weather postponements.
Weekends off
- A pre- and post-Xmas "weekend off" can be requested, but with 14 days' notice; post-Xmas requests must be in by the last day of February. Email Hollie to request.
Registration & squads
- Players can only be signed to one team in the age group — any movement is an official transfer.
- An unlimited number of U9s can register for your teams, but they must be registered as U10s by the deadlines — they can't just play up on the day.
Season shape (pre-Xmas)
An initial development game, then groups of 4 for further development games, then after half term a trophy event (also groups of 4) where the winner gets a shield. Groupings change through the season based on results; the initial groupings come from the rankings the club gave on entry. Post-Xmas is similar, with finer detail nearer the time.
U10 fixture secretary: Hollie Wade — cdjfl.u10fixtures@gmail.com. Liaise with her for fixtures and weekend-off requests. League fixtures lead: Andy — andycrowboroughfixtures@gmail.com.
Anything a parent sees is at tjfchive.com. Nothing ever shows a child's surname or a score publicly. Questions? Ask Matt.
Families
Easiest way: drop the sign-up link in the parents' group chat — each parent adds their own child and gets their private RSVP link automatically. They show up below once they've signed up. You can also add a child by hand.

Invite a coach
Send Ollie, Sam or Keith an invite. They'll get an email with a link to set their own password and sign in. Only invited coaches can get an account.
Coaches: Matt & Sam (Mosquitoes), Ollie & Keith (Wasps).
Sync your email
Connect your inbox and the site can read your FA fixture emails and opposition coaches' replies — read-only — to auto-fill the schedule and match details for you. We only ever look when you tap Search my emails or on the twice-weekly check, and nothing is ever sent on your behalf. Any coach can connect their own inbox.
Found a fixture? It lands in Sort details, where you can tap Email the coach to confirm kick-off, meeting point & parking with the opposition.
